About

Background.

I’m a Health and Lifestyle Coach based in Staffordshire UK. A former Royal Marines Commando, serving 5 years, in which time I was deployed to Afghanistan on active operations. Upon leaving the Marines, I worked as a Maritime Security Consultant protecting ships from the threat of piracy, during which time I gained various qualifications allowing me to fulfill my passion for helping people to improve their lives by taking control of their health.

Over the years I have worked as Health Coach in Australia (Sydney), Qatar (Doha) and the UK (Mayfair, Oxford, and Staffordshire) I’ve also coordinated projects for Charities aimed at helping those with physical and mental health conditions. Philosophy.

My general philosophy and approach are based primarily on the ancestral/ palaeolithic model. Promoting a lifestyle as close as possible to how we were designed to live, how we evolved to live and how our genes expect us to live. Whilst utilising all that that modern technology has to offer.

I strongly believe in the body as a complex, integrated system, that requires a holistic approach in order to achieve optimum health. The 5 areas I believe to have the biggest impact on health are what I call the ‘5 Pillars’, they are:

  • Movement
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Social Connection / Purpose
